No, there is no commitment; you are free to change to another carrier at any time with no penalty

Can anyone take advantage of this service?
Yes, by becoming a member of GRIC for just $10 a year you are entitled to all services (now & in the future) that are offered by the cooperative.

Does it matter what time of day or day of the week that I call?
No, the same rates apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How can it be so inexpensive?
This is a wholesale program that we can make available through our professional associations.

Is this an introductory rate that will go up after we sign up?
Absolutely not! Our intent is to offer even lower rates as they become available.

Is there a charge to switch?
There is no fee to enroll in the plan; however, your local telephone company may charge a service order fee to reroute your long distance. This commonly ranges from $7.00 to $10.00 and is a one-time fee.

Is there a cost to have a toll free number?
No, there are no fees to have an 800 number. You are only billed for the usage on the calls to the number.
