| PURPOSE | To improve parenting skills and to provide increased support for families by increasing |
| the availability of and participation in parenting programs in Garrett County. |
| SERVICES | Implements parenting programs, provides funding for established parenting |

| Program, and provides free publicity for PEN-approved parenting programs. |
