PURPOSE Young people participating in community-based programs live in their own homes or in

surrogate homes while receiving treatment and supervision. Services range from

counseling to advocacy to special day programs.

SERVICES Prevention and early intervention through formal and informal probation.

REFERRAL SOURCES Police, parents, other agency or person, court order. Appointment

preferred; walk-ins okay.

HOURS OF SERVICE Office hrs: Mon. thru Fri., 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Services available 24

hrs/day, 7 days/week.
