As parents of children with special needs, we have followed many paths and sometimes arrived ar dead ends. Through our experiences, we hope to help make your journey a little easier. Some things which we feel are among our greatest needs are the opportunity to communicate with other parents in our situation and to feel that we are not alone. We want to know more about our child's needs and how they can be met.
My goal as Parent Coordinator is to provide some linkages to services, from parent networking to respite care, to workshops about topics of interest to you. I would also like to be able to provide some social activities such as picnics and playgroups, etc. Please feel free to contact me with ideas or concerns.
