PURPOSE To provide work activities, job training and employment for developmentally disabled

adults.

SERVICES Job coaching, job training, employment in the community, socialization for retired

OFFERED persons, supported employment, sheltered workshops, and leisure activities in the

community.

REFERRAL SOURCES Self-referral, walk-ins, other agency/person. Referrals processed by

Developmental Disabilities Admin.; intake by Service Coordination.

HOURS OF SERVICE Mon. thru Fri., 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

FEES FOR SERVICE None, except small fee for transportation for some outings.

transport for a small fee.
